I have thirteen years experience in UX design and strategy. My work has spanned product design, higher-ed marketing, teaching, management, and freelance consulting work. Currently, I manage the digital experience team at KU Marketing.

I am passionate about diving head first into complex problems that are worth solving. My process is people-oriented and my goal is to facilitate experiences with a lasting positive impact. I geek out over experience journey maps, defining strategic objectives, design details, and extreme organization.
